Ivy League Barista Academy has partnered with Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting to provide a training program offered knower else. Ivy League Barista Academy has a team of consultants and trainers with a wide variety of experience in the coffee industry that is essential to operating a successful coffee business.

Together our team has started over 550 coffee businesses worldwide since 2002. We have worked with some of the largest companies in the industry including private, public and franchise based ownership as well as hundreds of first time business owners in successfully opening their first coffee business. Our customers range from everyday people, seasoned entrepreneurs and professional baristas. We have a unique story that explains how we have built such a successful training team. Ivy League consists of multiple trainers and consultants, design and layout specialists, product specialist, project managers, fabricators and general contractors and we together can assist you in every facet of the coffee business.

Our trainers and consultants incorporate group learning, individual coaching, and one on one hands on coaching. Our goal is to provide our students with the proper techniques and knowledge to run a successful coffee business.
