Terms and Conditions

Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® and RitualGroundsRoasting.com would like every customer to have an enjoyable purchasing experience. Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® specializes in selling and distributing coffee products, accessories, teas, blends and mixes on a daily basis. Sales on Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® merchandise and product are final. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about your purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase, it is our goal to assist you as soon as possible and handle the situation according to our terms and conditions.

Changing Your Order

Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting want every customer to have an enjoyable purchasing experience. Because of the need to special order equipment, product and coffee carts. Sales on coffee carts, awnings, espresso machines, brewing equipment, roasted coffee, grinders, and coffee flavors and powders are final. All product and equipment must ship within 60 days of sales order date. If customer cannot except shipment of equipment within 60 days of order, a 5% storage fee will be charged on the first of every month thereafter. Signed sales orders cannot be changed or altered. Orders ship for free for MOST commercial addresses. If you have questions on any terms and conditions please ask prior to placing your order.

Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting and its representatives are in no way responsible for the future operations of the business and cannot be held liable for matters concerning the business. Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting and its representatives are in no way responsible for loss of business, death or injury due to the coffee shop or drive-thru failure, further equipment failure, delay in shipping or delivery of the espresso cart(s), equipment or any of their components.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® will not replace orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier so that you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address information. Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® is not responsible for shipping a replacement order for non-delivery due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer. Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® cannot ship to post office boxes. If you use a post office box as your shipping address, it could result in a lost or returned shipment. Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® is not responsible for loss or returns due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer. Customers may contact Customer Service to report a lost or stolen order.

Program Restrictions and Limitations

All products are subject to availability. Some large orders could be subject to delay based upon availability and importing time frames. In any case if there is a delay you will be contacted immediately and we will do our best to provide you with a new possible shipping date. All returns must authorize in advance and are subject to at least a 30% restocking fee. The buyer's remedy against Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® for the breach of any obligation arising out of the sale of product, whether derived from warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to repair at the discretion of Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting®, replacement or refund. In no event shall Ritual Grounds Coffee Roasting® be liable for other damage or loss, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer's customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or other special, incidental or consequential damages.
